Marketing While On Site

The U.S. Department of Energy and Washington Savannah River Company (WSRC) firmly believe that "free and open competition" is the most effective way to obtain the best products and services at the best prices.  In keeping with this belief and in the spirit of fairness, WSRC does not allow marketing of future services by incumbent subcontractors while working under an existing subcontract.  This type of activity not only represents a violation of acceptable business practice but also could result in "unallowable costs" under the existing subcontract.  WSRC requests your cooperation in eliminating any marketing efforts within the confines of SRS unless and until it is authorized by the Procurement and Materials Management Department.
