Fit one of the SBA definitions from the prior slide
- Eligible to receive a government contract
- Been in business for at least 2 years
- Able to certify as a small business according to current
NAICS code

We do rely on good faith written representation by the Protégé
regarding SBA definitions.
Selection Criteria
- We are
solely responsible for selection
- “No” prescription!
- Selection by Mentor may not be protested
- Protégé may have only one Mentor
- Mentor may have more than one Protégé
- Only protests regarding small business size will be considered
by DOE/OSDBU.
