The Former Worker Medical Screening Program (FWP), begun in 1993, offers medical screenings for former Department of Energy (DOE) site workers who may have been exposed to hazardous substances at work. The medical screenings are free of charge, and available to all former DOE federal, contractor, and subcontractor employees from all DOE sites.
