Exhibitor Guidelines

CSRA College Night is a joint effort between employees of DOE-Savannah River, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC and its partners, SRP Federal Credit Union, and industry and local educational institutions. Our goal is to provide a professional and safe environment for our college night. Basic exhibitor guidelines are as follows:

  • Arrive on time and have your booth set-up and ready before the fair begins.
  • Dress to best represent your school
  • Staff your booth during fair hours. Volunteers will be available to provide 10 minute breaks if needed.
  • Stay for the entire program. College Night personnel will follow up with schools that are no-shows or leave early.
  • Make sure to check in at the registration table at the loading dock.
  • Recruitment is restricted to the parameters of the booth.
  • Audio-visual equipment should not interfere with other exhibitors.
  • Displays cannot exceed or obstruct the view of adjacent booths.
  • Only literature pertaining to the college or university is permitted.
  • Be courteous to other exhibitors and fair attendees.
  • After the event, fill out our exhibitor evaluation form which will be available on line.
  • Keep the aisles clear of boxes and materials.
  • Booths are restricted to three representatives per table.
  • A hospitality room with light refreshments will be provided beginning at 5 p.m.
