Exhibitor
Guidelines
CSRA
College Night is a joint effort between employees of DOE-Savannah
River, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC and its partners,
SRP Federal Credit Union, and industry and local educational
institutions. Our goal is to provide a professional and safe
environment for our college night. Basic exhibitor guidelines
are as follows:
- Arrive on time
and have your booth set-up and ready before the fair begins.
- Dress to best
represent your school
- Staff your booth
during fair hours. Volunteers will be available to provide
10 minute breaks if needed.
- Stay for the
entire program. College Night personnel will follow up with
schools that are no-shows or leave early.
- Make sure to
check in at the registration table at the loading dock.
- Recruitment
is restricted to the parameters of the booth.
- Audio-visual
equipment should not interfere with other exhibitors.
- Displays cannot
exceed or obstruct the view of adjacent booths.
- Only literature
pertaining to the college or university is permitted.
- Be courteous
to other exhibitors and fair attendees.
- After the event,
fill out our exhibitor evaluation form which will be available
on line.
- Keep the aisles
clear of boxes and materials.
- Booths are restricted
to three representatives per table.
- A hospitality
room with light refreshments will be provided beginning
at 5 p.m.
