Issuance of the EPA and SCDHEC approved Revision.1 Appendix C,
RCRA/CERCLA Units for Fiscal Year 2013 (Print Date: 03/22/2013). In a
letter dated January 31, 2013, the EPA approved the Revision.0 Appendix C for
Fiscal Year 2013. In a letter dated January 25, 2013, the SCDHEC provided
comments on the Revision.0 Appendix C for Fiscal Year 2013. DOE submitted
the Revision.1 Appendix C for Fiscal Year 2013 to the EPA and SCDHEC on
March 28, 2013. The SCDHEC approved the Revision.1 Appendix C for Fiscal
Year 2013 on April 22, 2013. EPA approval of the Revision.0 Appendix C for
Fiscal Year 2013 is still applicable to the Revision.1 Appendix C since they did
not have any comments.
