Issuance of the updated Appendix J: Data Management Plan (dated July 2011) that was agreed to by the DOE, EPA, and SCDHEC during the development of the programmatic Area Completion Projects Sampling and Analysis Plan template. The FFA modification for this addendum was signed by DOE,
SCDHEC, and EPA on 10/19/2011, 11/9/2011, and 11/17/2011, respectively.
