Directions to Fort Discovery

Attention, Bus Drivers:
Use Reynolds Street to get to the bus unloading and loading area, whch is approximately 100 feet north (up-river) of 7th Street. A small sign on Reynolds Street marks the bus driveway. You will turn east off Reynolds into the driveway (toward the river).

Directions from I-20 going west (from SC)
Take River Watch Parkway Exit 200 just past the Georgia Welcome Center.
At the exit traffic light, turn left onto River Watch Parkway and proceed downtown.
At the end of River Watch Parkway, continue straight onto Jones Street past 2 traffic lights at 15th Street and 13th Street, respectively.
Jones Street will dead-end at 10th Street. Turn left onto 10th Street.
Go 1 block, then right onto Reynolds Street.
Fort Discovery will be 3 blocks on the left.

Going east (from Georgia)
Take River Watch Parkway Exit 200 just past Washington Road.
At the exit traffic light turn left onto River Watch Parkway and proceed downtown.
At the end of River Watch Parkway, continue straight onto Jones Street past 2 traffic lights 15th Street and 13th Street, respectively.
Jones Street will dead-end at 10th Street. Turn left onto 10th Street.
Go 1 block, then right onto Reynolds Street.
Fort Discovery will be 3 blocks on the left.

Directions from U.S. 1 going west (from SC)
Take 5th Street Bridge Exit.
At Reynolds Street traffic light turn right.
Turn right at 7th Street into Fort Discovery.

Directions from U.S. 1 going east (from Georgia)
Take Gordon Highway (US 1/78/278) to Walton Way.
Turn left onto Walton Way.
Turn right onto 7th Street and proceed to Fort Discovery.
