Note: Omissions or errors on this form could result in equipment not being available for exhibits or a lack of T-shirts or other supplies needed by exhibitors. The earlier this form is completed, the easier it will be to accommodate everyone's needs.
Reviews and Approvals: January 2008
Set-up: Monday, Feb. 11, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Note: Exhibitors should minimize special set-up requirements. Special equipment requirements (e.g., electrical requirements, TV monitor, computer projector, etc.) not indicated on the Application Form will not be available during set-up.
Arrival: 7 a.m., on both Tuesday, Feb. 12,
and Wednesday, Feb. 13, to verify that exhibit set-ups are
accurate.
Display: Tuesday, Feb. 12, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
and 4:30-7:30 p.m. (Family Night), and Wednesday, Feb. 13,
8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Note: Exhibitors should plan to have someone present during Tech Day hours who can discuss exhibit information and answer questions from students and the public.
Disassembly: Exhibitors may begin removing
exhibits after 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13. All exhibits must
be removed from Fort Discovery by 8 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 14.
