Who can participate?
High school students in the state of South Carolina and Richmond and Columbia County in Georgia are invited
to participate in this year’s Savannah River Regional Science Bowl.
Event Date: February 21, 2026
Maximum number of teams: 24
Maximum number of teams per school: 2
Registration fee: N/A
Registration for 2026 opens October 6, 2025 (Information here)
The winning Regional Science Bowl team will advance to compete at the
National Science Bowl April 30-May 4, 2026.
