To help you better use your time at Tech Days, we have provided the following tools to help you prepare.

Please feel free to print any of the following and bring them with you. There is so much to see, it may become overwhelming. You can use the following tools to direct your students to displays that will enhance the classroom experience for everyone. Most of this information will not be available at Fort Discovery.

The abstract book (summary of exhibits) is included on our website to assist you in determining which exhibits to visit that best meet your classroom needs so that you can plan your trip accordingly.

There will be a few contests going on this year, so please encourage your students to participate.

Scavenger Hunt Prize Giveaway: students will be given a "test" with several questions that can only be answered by participation in the corresponding exhibit at tech days. Students who correctly answer six of the 10 questions listed, will be entered to win a prize! Tests will be handed out while the students are on the bus. Home-schoolers and those not being transported by buses can pick up a copy at the Tech Days information area. Please encourage your students to participate!

Q&A Forum: Students who would like to know how to become an engineer or scientist, or if they are curious as to what a scientist or engineer "does," should bring their questions to Tech Days. A question and answer forum will be held twice each day and those students who ask questions at the forum will be entered into a separate drawing for a prize.
